Access to and use of the Platform and its functionality is governed by the End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement, the End User License Agreement controls.
The EULA is available at all times via the link provided in the footer and within the Platform.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms address high-level access to the Services and website only.
The EULA governs, without limitation:
- permitted use of the Platform,
- intellectual property rights,
- restrictions on data and outputs,
- liability allocation,
- dispute resolution.
Nothing in these Terms modifies or limits the EULA.

6. No Agency or Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and the Platform Provider.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference and available via the link provided below.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Material changes to the End User License Agreement will require affirmative acceptance within the Platform.
